At Zigyan, we aim to ensure student satisfaction with our courses and services. However, if a student wishes to request a refund, the following policy applies:
Refunds are available for cancellations made within the first 14 days of enrollment in original mode of payment. After this period, refunds will be considered based on the number of classes attended and course duration.
Registration, admission, and administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Materials and resource fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once distributed.
For students who have attended classes and wish to discontinue, a prorated refund may be issued based on the number of sessions/classes remaining, minus any non-refundable fees.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@zigyan.com. The refund process may take up to 7 business days after approval.
In cases of medical emergencies, relocation, or other extenuating circumstances, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.
No refunds will be issued for courses purchased through special promotions or discounts.
Students may choose to transfer their fees to another course or future session within 1 months, subject to availability and approval.
If Zigyan cancels a course, students will be entitled to a full refund, including any non-refundable fees.
