Rahul Kaushik is passionate teacher and re-imagines conventional classroom education. He strongly feels that technology can be used to make learning more interactive and to personalize learner experience for students. An entrepreneur at heart, Rahul believes in continual improvement and the need to stay focused on achieving goals. This remains the guiding philosophy at Zigyan.

At Zigyan, Rahul along with chemistry subject also takes care of online learning division, which focuses on accelerating learning growth for students with the help of technology.

Before Zigyan, Rahul a Mechanical Engineer worked in leading IT company Infosys Technologies (2008-10) but his passion for teaching brought him to Mecca of IIT aspirants Kota. In Kota he joined world renowned institute Bansal Classes in 2010 as chemistry faculty and worked there for nine years before leaving it as Head of Department of Chemistry in 2019.
