Let the axis of the solenoid is z axis the change of magnetic field inside the solenoid dBdt=α (constant), given we knwo the integral form E·dl=Bt·dA taking a circular loop fo radius a. where we wont to find electric field.

so, |E|dl=dBdt·dA

  E·2πa=α·πa2

  E=απa22πa

  E=αa2
