The organ labelled A is the kidney. From the kidney, the urine moves into the ureter, labelled as B in the figure. Through the ureters, the urine is collected in the urinary bladder. The urinary bladder, labelled C, is the organ for the temporary storage of urine. The urethra, labelled D, is the duct, that carries urine from the urinary bladder to the outside.
