· Spermatocyte - male gametocytes are formed from germ cells. Primary spermatocyte are diploid cell formed by mitosis. and secondary spermatocyte is formed by meiosis 1.

· Spermatid - the process of meiosis yields haploid spermatids. These are the main regulators of Sertoli cell.

· Sperms - It is the male gamete or cell, formed by maturation of spermatids.
