· Spermatogonia - undifferentiated mass of male germ cells is called spermatogonia. It undergoes cell division to form spermatozoa, in the wall of a seminiferous tubule.
· Spermatocyte - male gametocytes are formed from germ cells. Primary spermatocyte are diploid cell formed by mitosis. and secondary spermatocyte is formed by meiosis 1.
· Spermatid - the process of meiosis yields haploid spermatids. These are the main regulators of Sertoli cell.
· Sperms - It is the male gamete or cell, formed by maturation of spermatids.
