Aliphatic amines are stronger bases due to +I effect of the alkyl group, leading to high e density on the N atom.

In aromatic amine (e.g.- aniline), lone pair of nitrogen atom involves in resonance. So, due to the electron delocalisation, electron density on nitrogen decreases and hence, less basic than aliphatic amine.
