Population growth curve is S-shaped or sigmoid growth curve. At positive acceleration phase, there are only few organisms present and the population increases at very slow rate in the beginning. It is also called as lag phase. IN logarithmic phase, the population increases at very rapid rate. It is called as log phase. The last phase is negative acceleration phase. In this, an equilibrium is attained. It is also called as stationary phase.

Thus, the correct answer is 'Logarithmic phase.'
